In this entry level role, you will work as a team with a Senior Account Executive to manage a book of business, work to build relationships, and grow the business in a designated territory as well as our business as a whole. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will receive extensive training about our industry, our company and our products. A creative eye lends well to helping our art team design ready-to-pitch virtual mock ups for our clients. Our B2B sales process is heavily based on client relationships and walking the customer through every step of our made-to-order purchasing process.At Pop Promos, we enjoy the flexibility of our hybrid policy. Join us in office three days a week, and work-from-home for two days a week Essential Responsibilities: Coordinate communication with clients - Provide clients with product and order information over email, phone, and website live chat Learn how to instruct design team on product design for individual projects Process new orders Handle customer service requests from clients Follow-up with existing clients Enter client purchase orders and enter order information in automated CRM system Communicate with production team to ensure client orders are delivered on timeEssential Requirements: 1 year of experience working in office setting preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make decisions Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to change quickly Bachelor's Degree Competitive, goal oriented, and willingness to be mentored Strong communication skills and comfortable talking with clients over the phone and video Willingness to travel (visiting clients, attending trade shows) a few times a yearCompensation and Benefits:Starting base salary of $45,000Health Insurance, including dental and visionRetirement plan with competitive company match16 days PTO to start, additional days added with tenure9 paid holidays Life Insurance Voluntary ancillary insurances Opportunities for advancement based on performance Frequent team activities Off at noon every other Friday in summerKey Words: Jr. Account Executive track, revenue, order management, deal closing, fast paced, creative, problem solving, customer communicationWe're an equal opportunity employer.
