Candidates should be local to Central Illinois or genuinely interested in relocating and becoming part of the community.Basic Requirements for the Associate Attorney3+ years of legal experiencePrior experience handling litigation matters, including pleadings, motion practice, and court appearancesExperience with or exposure to transactional, corporate, or real estate matters strongly preferredAbility to manage matters independently with minimal supervisionExcellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skillsStrong client-facing skills and comfort working directly with clientsLicensed to practice law in IllinoisOutstanding professional referencesPosition Details of the Associate AttorneyType of role: Permanent placement (law firm associate)Schedule: Full-timeLocation: On-site – Peoria / Central, IllinoisPractice OverviewThe associate will handle a mix of matters, including:Real estate-related disputes and litigationContract and commercial litigationReal property disclosure lawsuitsGeneral civil litigation arising from transactional workCorporate and commercial advisory mattersAttorneys who enjoy drafting and advising clients, and then litigating when necessary, would thrive in this role.CompensationPay: The salary range for this role is approximately $90,000–$100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
