This position partners with cross-divisional teams to drive strategic decision making, streamline processes, and ensure accurate financial performance. This role reports to the Director of FP&A for USG.ResponsibilitiesStudio Delivery Volume Forecasting & ReportingLead forecasting and reporting processes for the USG portfolio, including monthly presentations of production and delivery projections to senior finance executives.Maintain and track key studio volume metrics to ensure accuracy and transparency.Financial Modeling & ForecastingBuild and manage detailed license fee forecasting models in partnership with the USG Ultimates/FCF team and cross-divisional finance stakeholders (NBC/Cable/Peacock).Support long-range planning through development of annual operating plans, forecasts, and five-year financial models.OCF ManagementOversee the OCF pacing process by reviewing revenue and cost movements with distribution finance and USG Production/Ultimates teams.Identify and communicate risks and opportunities, delivering updates to USG/Studios Finance leadership and the corporate FP&A team.Manage OCF submissions, reporting, analytics, and scenario planning to support informed decision-making.Executive & Strategic SupportAssist with preparing executive presentations covering key business topics and provide ad hoc financial analysis to guide strategic initiatives.Close & Controllership SupportLead critical close processes, including revenue reviews and close checks, in coordination with the Controllership team during month- and quarter-end.Corporate Partnership & ReportingCollaborate with corporate FP&A to provide studio-level analytics, elimination details, and key supplemental reporting.Work with Studios & UTEG Finance teams to provide key analysis and reporting.Project Management & Process ImprovementDrive initiatives across the studio to improve efficiency, including process simplification and systems upgrades.QualificationsBasic RequirementsBS/BA degree with accounting/finance focus preferredMinimum 4+ years of public and/or private accounting or FP&A experience preferredMS Excel skills requiredAccounting / GAAP knowledgeDesired CharacteristicsExperience managing FP&A cycles is preferredTeam player with ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projectsStrong problem-solving, initiative and communication skillsEntertainment / Media / TV Production experience preferredSAP or Essbase knowledge; exposure to BPC is a plusAdditional InformationHybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.This position is eligible for company-sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and other perks.
