If you meet the qualifications listed, please Apply NowDescription:Heavy interview schedulingSupporting up to 6 recruiters on day to day needWork directly with external candidates to determine availabilityUse Outlook calendaring to schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview teamConfirm all interviews with appropriate partiesRequest travel and necessary approvalAdhere to travel policy (inform candidates of do and don’t)Process candidates reimbursementClose out any issuesConfirm all related forms have been completed prior to the interview (NDA, application, EEO)Handle all invoicingSubmit all on-boarding information to HRFile creation and documentationMisc HR adminProject supportRequirements:4+ years of coordination exp in Talent AcquisitionStrong Experience with Greenhouse (ATS)Experience working with C-Level candidatesSelf-starter, detail-oriented, thrive in a past face environmentAbility to adapt to changing needs of the work environmentStrong communication, (written/verbal)Exp with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) prefers a candidate with Jobvite exp.Ability to learn new software programs quicklyEnjoy being part of a team and can work independently as neededProficient with Microsoft Office program on a PCBENEFITS SUMMARY:Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
