The details:
The dynamic patient caseload at Riverview Health Outpatient Clinic – Westfield consists of hand, wrist, elbow, and some shoulder diagnoses including post-surgical, trauma, fractures, dislocations, tendon lacerations, arthritis, brachial plexus injuries, and rheumatic conditions.
1:1 Highly personalized and patient-centered care
Schedule is Monday - Friday, no weekends or holidays
Flexible scheduling with some late evening expectations

The responsibilities:
Deliver quality one on one outcomes driven Occupational Therapy services
Document with web-based software and documentation system (EMR)
Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload
Conduct patient and family education
Display strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication
Other duties as assigned

Degree from an ACOTE accredited school
Current state licensure or eligibility in Occupational Therapy in Indiana
Experience Requirements
Two (2) years of outpatient experience required
Splinting experience required
Strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication
Patient focused to provide the best customer service experience
License/Certification Requirements
Minimum:
Occupational Therapist license eligible to practice in the state of Indiana
Basic Life Safety (American Heart Association)
Education
