We take pride in delivering affordable housing solutions, and we invite you to join us on a journey toward social, economic, and racial equity.MidPen is, once again, proud to be certified as an official Great Place to Work in 2025.Total Rewards ManagerThe Total Rewards Manager is responsible for the design, administration, and execution of our organization’s benefits, leave of absence programs, wellness initiatives, compensation, and overall total rewards strategy. This position plays a key role in supporting employee well-being and engagement while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
