Qualities We Seek Passion for Learning: Dedicated to supporting academic and personal success, especially for underserved students. Strong Academics: Degree‑seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field. Committed and Flexible: Available to work 10-35 hours per week at an assigned school (or virtual program) and participate in monthly training.
