You will work closely with Sales Management, Compliance, Underwriting, Account Management, and other teams to guide merchants through the early stages of onboarding onto the Adyen platform. You will own the onboarding lifecycle from commercial handover to operational readiness, design solutions that balance compliance requirements with commercial opportunities, and streamline operational steps between commercial teams and onboarding to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for merchants.What You’ll DoUnderstand Adyen’s product offering and advise merchants on how to best leverage it.Partner with Sales Management and Compliance to shape onboarding solutions for complex deals.Maintain knowledge of regulatory and scheme compliance requirements and apply them in onboarding decisions.Consolidate operational touchpoints into a streamlined process to reduce friction for commercial teams.Become the knowledge expert, owning and improving processes related to merchant onboarding.Engage directly with merchants, ensuring a smooth and efficient rollout.Drive decision-making and transparency through data analysis and insights.Educate internal teams on relevant regulatory and procedural updates.Contribute to process improvements that support global scalability.About You5+ years experience in commercial, compliance, project management, or related fields.Strong people skills and the ability to build relationships across teams and regions.Comfortable owning complex processes end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.Commercial acumenAble to balance compliance requirements with commercial priorities.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Prior Salesforce experience is preferred.Compensation and LocationBase salary for this role in San Francisco is $90,000-$125,000 per year.This role is based out of our San Francisco office.
