Come join the movement We’d love to add your AWESOME to our team If you’re passionate about turning customer insights into business impact, this role is for you RevOps Analyst – Playbooks Team What You’ll Do Attract Turn performance insights into business impact by enhancing reporting, optimizing QPRs, and increasing visibility into partner success Organize QPR = Quarterly Performance ReviewsEvery 90 days, we do a deep dive analysis of our customers’ key metrics to highlight data insights that can help drive better revenue performance Track quarterly actuals-to-goal and year-over-year partner performance using Google Sheets and reporting tools. Improve Continuously enhance our Revenue Performance Model to standardize partner reporting and surface key insights across KPIs (conversion rates, deal velocity, revenue growth). Identify opportunities to streamline data visibility, automation, and reporting accuracy each quarter. Build Develop and maintain financial and performance dashboards using Google Sheets, HubSpot CRM, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Databox, etc.). Create data visualizations that make complex metrics clear, actionable, and story-driven. Lead Act as the Product Owner for Reporting & Analytics knowledge, own internal playbooks, documentation, and best practices related to reporting, analytics, and QPRs. Partner cross-functionally with pod leaders to plan and deliver data‑backed QPR presentations and strategic recommendations Create Develop quarterly objectives (OKRs) focused on improving reporting, analytics visibility, and organizational clarity across the delivery organization. Execute Deliver consistent, high-quality presentations summarizing partner KPIs and insights for internal and external stakeholders. Use your analytical and communication skills to tell the story behind the numbers, explaining not just what changed, but why it matters and what to do next. Who You Are – This opportunity is for you if you have/can: Experience: 2+ years directly in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Analytics, ideally supporting GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, CS). CRM Experience: 2+ years of hands‑on CRM experience (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce or Zoho acceptable) focused on reporting, data modeling, and automation. Analytical & Technical Skills: 2+ years of experience working in Google Sheets/Excel, building complex formulas, financial models, or performance dashboards. Exposure to SQL or BI tools (Databox, Tableau, Looker, etc.). Communication: Able to communicate complex data clearly. Both in written and verbal formats, and comfortable presenting insights to internal teams or partners. Organized: Naturally structured and process‑oriented. Skilled at managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines across teams with different priorities. Trust: Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and follow‑through. Known for delivering accurate insights, protecting data integrity, and being a reliable collaborator.
