With two practice locations in Concord and Laconia, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a collegial, patient-centered team serving a high-need population in an outpatient-focused environment.Practice HighlightsOutpatient-based consultative rheumatology4-day workweek with no night or weekend callPractice at two sites:Concord: 246 Pleasant St, Suite 210Laconia: 80 Highland St14-18 patients/day, depending on mix of new vs. established patientsIn-office musculoskeletal ultrasound and occasional cortisone injectionsWork alongside 3 experienced rheumatologists with excellent mentorship availableNo advanced practice providers currently on staffCompensation & BenefitsGuaranteed base salary Starting at $270K minimum (Corridor 5), guaranteed for two years, with potential of $300K+ based on ProductivityProductivity incentives and performance bonuses (up to 10% of base)Sign-on and retention bonus: $50K total Relocation assistance up to $10,000Full medical malpractice coverage including tail403(b) and 457(b) retirement options with employer contribution and matching5 weeks combined vacation/CME time (increases to 6 weeks after year 2)$4,000 CME allowance annuallyReimbursement for licensing, DEA, and board certification exam feesVisa sponsorship may be available (H1Bs and 2027 J1Bs)Why Concord Hospital?Part of a three-hospital system serving central New HampshireAmbulatory-based opportunity with strong specialty supportCerner EMR with fully intetrated AI integrationNot-for-profit 501(c)(3) organizationeligible for certain federal programsParticipate in provider-led committees and medical student/residency education if desiredLocated in vibrant, family-friendly communities with top-rated schools, outdoor recreation, and no state income or sales taxJust over an hour from Boston, White Mountains, and seacoastQualificationsMD or DO with completion of Rheumatology FellowshipBoard Certified or Board Eligible in RheumatologyEligible for New Hampshire licensureNew graduates (through 2027) are welcome to apply
