Senior Property Manager

Hanini is currently looking for a prudent Property Manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial/residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value, tenant satisfaction and revenue. Responsibilities Monitor all aspects of the assigned properties Create business strategies and business plans that suit tenants for the assigned properties Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards Check for standards‑compliance and schedule maintenance Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses Construct and manage annual budgets by predicting needs and analyzing variations, data, and trends Monitor and evaluate the performance of employees at the premises Source and build relationships with prospective tenants to expand business opportunities Skills Knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management Customer focus and bottom line orientation Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills Well‑organized with excellent time management skills Motivation for sales and communicating with people Negotiation skills Good research skills on applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations Competence with office management software Professionalism Displays expertise in areas of essential functions; understands and applies current information technology, and resources necessary to best achieve work results Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Demonstrate an ability to meet strict deadlines, with multiple projects while maintaining organized project files Must be a self‑starter with the ability to work independently and within a team Must process creative problem‑solving skills, resourcefulness, and tenacity Ability to work well under pressure and with constant interruptions Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills in communications in person, by e‑mail, and telephone and provides information with courtesy and tact; follows instructions effectively from a diverse group of clients, attorneys, and staff Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints Ability to work overtime, if needed based on the office's collective workload and impending deadlines Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, preferably in property management 1‑3 years experience in commercial real estate or sales 1‑3 years’ management experience is a plus Solid knowledge of office software such as Google Docs, Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and CRM Excellent English (written and verbal); Spanish is a plus Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Full‑time Job function Analyst #J-18808-Ljbffr
