The Dental Specialists Deephaven Oral Surgery is seeking a professional and team-oriented dental assistant to join our team.

Job Summary

As a Dental Assistant, you will assist the Doctor in providing quality dental treatment and education to patients. You will be responsible for preparing patients for treatment, taking and developing radiographs, and assisting the Doctor during procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Doctor in providing quality dental treatment and education to patients
  • Prepare patients for treatment, including taking and developing radiographs
  • Assist the Doctor during procedures, including suctioning, mixing materials, and handing instruments
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and other staff members
Requirements
  • Minnesota licensure and current CPR certification in the American Heart Association's Basic Life Support for the Healthcare provider
  • Experience in digital radiographs and electronic patient record preferred
  • Passionate about providing patient-centered care and excellent patient service
  • Excellent communication skills and strong team player
  • Oral Surgery experience preferred
