\*Responsibilities\*
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms, and report any changes to the medical team
- Assist in medical procedures such as wound care, injections, and phlebotomy
- Educate patients on health management and provide health coaching
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
\*Requirements\*
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Experience in medical office or hospital setting preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle acute care situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of trauma medicine, acute pain management, and administering injections
- Familiarity with health coaching practices
- Ability to provide care with empathy and professionalism
