(Depending on experience)$200.00 (monthly) vehicle allowance401K + Company Match Paid Holidays, Vacation Time & Sick Days Medical & Dental Insurance Disability & Life Insurance Working with the Latest Technology & More Professional Development, Paid Training & Educational Reimbursement Growth Opportunities & Career Advancement Fun Workplace & Team Environment The ideal candidate is someone who has the following: NH Plumbing LicenseNH Gas Fitter's LicenseOSHA 10 CertificationTrade experience with 4+ years preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively work with superiors and train newer tier plumbersThe ability to install boilers, mechanical equipment, and troubleshoot equipment Experience in assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systemsExperience in materials such as Copper (sweat & press) CPVC, PEX, PVC, Cast Iron, etc.Experience in gas piping systems and materials such as iron pipe, threaded and press fittings The ability to assess material and equipment needs by studying building plans and inspecting structuresExperience in operating various hand tools, power tools, and machineryComprehensive understanding of related trade and building codes Has strong critical thinking and analytical skillsReceptive to new ideas and questionsStrong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Be able to address and manage moderate levels of stressValid driver's licenseWhat you'll do: Perform commercial plumbing and heating installation, troubleshooting, and repairsAbide by project guidelines and all safety requirements dailyInstall pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, and appliances such as disposals, ejector pumps, dishwashers and water heatersInstall boilers, mechanical and other trade related equipmentInstall kitchen appliances including gas stoves, dishwashers, washers/dryers, ice makers, etc.Partner with the foreman in ordering and maintaining plumbing and mechanical supply inventoryWork along with and train newer tier plumbers to achieve improvements in their productivityDrive compliance with plumbing and gas codes, direct construction employees and assess completed workPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift & carry 50 poundsProlonged periods of standing/walkingOften squatting, reaching and working overheadCapacity to climb stairs and laddersWork at varying heights while on a ladder and/or gas or electric liftsAbility to work in all indoor and outdoor climatesSince 1976, Al Terry Plumbing & Heating, Inc. has been a leading name in energy-efficient appliance solutions across New Hampshire.
