The firm partners with some of the world’s leading chemical and petrochemical companies to address complex environmental challenges and support sustainable growth initiatives. The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Market Lead to drive growth across our client’s environmental, sustainability, permitting, and remediation services within the chemical and petrochemical sectors. This is a senior seller/doer opportunity focused on leading market strategy, building client relationships, and guiding technical and delivery teams on key pursuits. Key Responsibilities Lead client engagement and growth across major chemical and petrochemical accounts, developing long-term strategic relationships. Expand environmental, permitting, and sustainability services aligned with energy transition, site redevelopment, and compliance programs. Develop and implement pursuit strategies to position the firm as a trusted advisor in the sector. Collaborate with senior technical leaders across disciplines to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions. Provide senior-level oversight and direction on major pursuits and key client programs. Qualifications 15+ years of environmental consulting experience mainly in the chemical and/or petrochemical industry with proven success in business development. Established relationships with key chemical and/or petrochemical clients. Strong understanding of environmental site assessment, remediation, permitting, planning and energy transition. Exceptional communication, leadership, and client-management skills. Ability to generate $500K + in sales revenue in the first year of employment. Location Houston preferred, though other Texas locations will be considered. Hybrid or flexible arrangements may be available for the right candidate.
