Experienced, 12+ Years in Security and/or Related Industry Exemption Exempt General Manager, Houston What we’re looking for: We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to lead our Houston operations. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong operational expertise, a deep understanding of the security integration industry, and the ability to drive growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. What you’ll be doing: As General Manager – Houston, you will oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring the successful execution of projects, strong team leadership, and the highest level of service excellence for our customers. Specific responsibilities include: Strong oversight of Houston office. Lead and manage sales, service, operations, and engineering managers. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, quality control, and profitability. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the executive point of contact. Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to company policies across all operations. Drive forecasting, billing, and work-in-process management to optimize financial performance. Collaborate with corporate leadership to align local operations with company-wide initiatives. What you bring to the table: Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, or a related field. Proven leadership experience in operations, management, and business development within the security industry. Strong financial acumen, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and cost control. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams. A hands-on leadership style, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team. Commitment to integrity and company standards, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Strategic mindset with the ability to drive growth, improve efficiencies, and enhance service offerings.
