**Job Role:**

McGill Restoration is now seeking a Laborer for commercial development to join our rapidly growing team If you have experience as a Laborer, now is the time to advance your career

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

* Prepare and grind surfaces

* Clean and prepare job sites

* Mix materials

* Traffic control

* Demolition

* Demobilize work areas

* Operate hand and power tools (air hammers, grinders, cutting tools, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists)

**Qualifications:**

* Extensive standing, stooping, walking, handling and grasping with repetitive motions

* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

* Demonstrated problem solving and people skills

* High accuracy in work, attention to detail

* Proven oral and written skills required

* The ability to travel as needed for local business

* Complete all company training as required

* Hold a valid drivers license
