Design and implement AI‑based training programs, including gamification and adaptive learning paths. Utilize AI to personalize change management strategies based on stakeholder behavior and feedback. Apply data‑driven insights from AI models to continuously improve change adoption and engagement. YOUR PROFILE Demonstrated ability to integrate AI technologies into change management frameworks. Skilled in using AI to differentiate tactical change (e.g., technology implementation) from strategic transformation (e.g., cultural or mission shifts). Proven success in managing stakeholders through AI‑enhanced communication and engagement strategies. Ability to lead AI‑enabled change initiatives that align with organizational goals and values.
