*Your Role*
* *Patient-Centered Care*: Assess and treat patients in Watkins, MN, including SNF and "possible" home health if interested.
* *Documentation*: Maintain comprehensive patient records.
* *Program Development*: Plan, market, and create innovative Occupational Therapy programs.
* *Effective Communication*: Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
* *Education*: Conduct in-services for fellow staff therapists.
* *Department Support*: Assist in the department's overall operation and supervise COTAs in accordance with state regulations as necessary.

*Qualifications & Benefits*

*Requirements*
* Master's (M.A., M.S.), or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy.
* Graduate of a certified Occupational Therapy program.
* Possess or be eligible for state licensure.
