Chick-fil-A is a great opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds.Details:Open weekend availability required.Shift: 6am to 2pmJob Duties:Prepare all salad and cold prep items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner. Prep items include: Salad Variations (Cobb, Market, Spicy Southwest, Side), Kale Crunch, Wraps, Fruit Cup, ParfaitsFollow recipes and presentation specificationsOperate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficientlyClean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitationAssist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipmentRestock items as needed throughout the shiftAdhere to all sanitation and food production codesWe are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities:Structured, methodical, plannedAble to flourish in a repetitious job taskConsistent and ReliableEnjoys working alone or with just 1or 2 other team members (our Cold Prep Team)Enjoys an environment that operates similarly day after dayAble to work consistently with detail and precisionWorks quickly and efficientlyMust be able to work on their feet for several hours at a timeSkills:Great attitudeHard-workingDependableHonestTeam-playerPositive attitude & role modelResponsive to team's needsTakes initiativeWorks to serve othersMotivated to grow and to learnGreat verbal communicatorOutgoing/friendly/patientThe desire for ongoing training/educationDetailed & keenly observantPassion for procedural disciplineCompany InformationIn our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that's all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
