LEAD CHILD & ADOLESCENT OUTPATIENT CLINICIAN Fee For Service Paid Ramp-Up period available for new Full Time and Part Time hires to ensure a successful transition as you build your caseload Pay: $30.00-$42.00/hour Schedule/Location: Part Time, Full Time, Days, Evenings, In-Person About the Role: Arbour Counseling Services is excited to offer Part Time, and Full Time child and adolescent opportunities for Licensed Clinicians or Master\'s Level Clinicians working towards their licensure in our Outpatient Program in Fall River, MA. Our Outpatient counseling allows our patients to receive treatment options and support within a much more free and open time schedule. While programs are structured, our outpatient counseling is best for those stepping down from a higher level of care, seeking limited treatment options or testing out treatment for the first time. Arbour offers individual therapy, group therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, medication evaluation & management, school-based treatment, and elder services within our Outpatient program. The Lead Outpatient Clinician delivers direct services to clients, and may provide individual, group, family, or other authorized therapy services within our outpatient center; participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning; and ensures that any treatments delivered are within the scope of the therapist\'s training, experience and general level of competence. The Lead clinician also assists with supervising, running additional groups and consultations, and supporting staff to create a positive work culture.
