MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in state of practice.
- One year of current pediatric experience is preferred.
- Have a passion for creating change in the lives of children and their families.
- Have a steadfast commitment to ongoing growth and learning.
- Use your communication skills and personality to connect with children and their families.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilizing time management skills to complete all documentation for evaluations by the 5-business day deadline and 24 hours for SOAP note documentation.
- Instructs, teaches, and supervises patients and their families on physical therapy procedures and programs related to the patient's therapy.
- Conducts patient care conferences to review progress for patients.
- Documenting in session, utilizing any cancellations to finish documentation, and/or preparing for another session.
- Participates in staff development activities and in-service training.
- Keeps work area clean and sanitized while placing all sanitized materials back where found.
