What You'll Lead Build and run the Grand Forks office - from people leadership to performance oversight Drive strategic growth in the region - cultivating relationships across municipal, water, wastewater, and civil markets Oversee major projects - from design through construction, ensuring excellence at every phase Mentor and develop engineers - support career paths, certification, and professional development Serve as the face of Burian & Associates in the region - trusted by clients, partners, and communities You’ll be the one shaping how the office grows, performs, hires, and earns its reputation.
