Providence Medical Group - Southern Oregon is seeking a board-eligible/board-certified provider in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation to join our established Physiatry practice in Medford, Oregon. This is a general physiatry position with the option for your practice to be either a mix of outpatient and inpatient or fully outpatient. In Southern Oregon, youll enjoy an incredible quality of life. - Full-time position, 1.0 FTE.
- Position can be structured to include a mix of outpatient and inpatient or all outpatient based work, depending on candidate's interest
- Ultrasound and EMG equipment available in the clinic
- Clinic is co-located with sports medicine
- Competitive compensation package including sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

- As a non-profit organization, Providence is an eligible employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program

Providence Medical Group is an organization of employed physicians, with more than 90 clinics across the state of Oregon and Southwest Washington. Its 1,500+ providers possess a wide range of clinical expertise, including Family and Internal Medicine, Infectious Disease, Dermatology and Occupational Medicine.
