You will own, build, and run technology sourcing and operations, engaging with multiple teams to drive plans and execution to satisfy the needs of a high growth industry impacting markets worldwide.Our procurement team is looking for a results‑oriented individual to launch new Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) products, expand geography, and manage contract manufacturing. You will develop alternate or multi-sourcing strategies and action plans to support product launches and sustainment, while meeting demand and cost objectives.SkillsExtensive knowledge of supply chain, PCBA manufacturing, product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, and product requirement decision making.Entrepreneurial drive and proven ability to take ownership and influence others.Proven ability to drive cohesion and collaboration among many different people and functions.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and effective listening.Creative thinking with emphasis on developing innovative solutions to solve complex problems.Negotiation skills across diverse teams and ability to lead through influence.Experience executing in all phases of the product development life cycle, delivering high‑quality hardware on time.Ability to work in a self‑directed manner and proactively identify areas needing attention.Key job responsibilitiesDrive Amazon PCBA introductions by qualifying and securing multiple sub‑tier component sources pre‑launch, ensuring supply chain resiliency with validated alternate suppliers while meeting launch timing, cost, and quality objectives.Partner with design, manufacturing teams and suppliers to implement robust product/configuration management processes, driving timely qualification of alternate sources to guarantee supply availability at launch.Matrix manage team members across functions to develop new product plans and sustaining processes (Global Commodity Managers, Global Supply Managers, Technical PM, SQE, Supply Chain, DFX, Finance, etc.).Represent ISCaP with product design teams; influence and negotiate for design for supply chain.Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, synthesize issues into clear messages, and present with confidence.Drive transition planning visibility, especially related to End of Marketing (EOM), End of Sales (EOS) and End of Production (EOP).About The TeamDiverse experiences are valued.
