Base pay range $70.00/yr - $70.00/yr Job Summary – Senior Project Manager, Everbridge Implementation Lead end-to-end implementation of Everbridge critical event management system for a major client, overseeing project initiation through deployment and post-go-live support. Responsibilities Define project scope, manage timelines, allocate resources, control budgets, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Serve as primary liaison between the organization and Everbridge vendor, handling all communications, deliverables, and escalations. Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, security, communications, and emergency management teams to ensure project objectives are met. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including tracking resource allocation, budgets, timelines, and risk management. Coordinate system integration with enterprise technologies (HR systems, Active Directory, ArcGIS) and manage data migration. Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and deliver training and change management activities for successful platform adoption. Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements for data privacy, emergency preparedness, and communications. Prepare and deliver project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates. Identify, track, and resolve project issues and proactively mitigate risks. Qualifications Proven hands-on experience leading Everbridge platform implementations. Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, IT, Emergency Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). Active PMP certification required. 5+ years of progressive project management experience, preferably in complex technology or emergency systems projects. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Waterfall). Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships. Preferred: Experience in emergency communication, business continuity, or public safety, ideally in transportation or government sectors.
