Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide a superior customer experience to patients and customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Compounding and Dispensing: Interpret prescription orders, compound and dispense medications, and ensure that all prescriptions are accurate and complete.
- Patient Counseling: Advise patients and healthcare providers about our products, including their uses, benefits, and potential side effects.
- Quality Control: Check compounding formulas, update lot and expiration dates, and perform final checks on all prescriptions to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Team Leadership: Supervise technicians and provide guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
- Education: Registered Pharmacist in Colorado.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work as a member of a team in a fast-paced environment, good math skills, and experience with compounding.
- Preferred Skills: Experience working in a manufacturing environment, experience working in a Federally Regulated Facility, strong chemistry background, and technical writing skills for writing Standard Operating Procedures.
The Pharmacist - Customer Experience Specialist will work in a variety of positions and locations, including sitting, standing, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and walking, for prolonged periods of time. The position may also involve potential exposure to chemicals used in the preparation of compounds, and the Pharmacist must be able to wear required compounding safety equipment for long periods of time when required.
