We currently have a Microelectronics Assembler / Technician opening in our clean room manufacturing area. Your skills will directly impact the current and future growth for the company. We are a specialized manufacturing operation using industry accepted process controls in manufacturing and quality to help us maintain and continually improve our excellence in providing electronics solutions to the market.

What You Will Do

  • Increasing responsibility for operating, programming, and troubleshoot processes using Datacon die placement and K&S wire bonding equipment.
  • Increasing responsibility for operating, programming, and troubleshoot processes using dispense equipment for underfill, epoxy fill, and glob top operations.
  • Bond pull operation and measurements.
  • Performs engineering specified modifications to programs.
  • Assurance that quality requirements are met through in process checks and inspections.
  • Maintain and sign off on all documentation steps ensuring accuracy and logging key data.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions/assembly drawings in English
  • Experience conducting assembly checks using visual inspections under a microscope
  • Experience operating wire-bonding and die placer equipment
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Five (5) years or more experience die attach and wire bonding operation and programming.
  • Flip chip assembly and SSB (Standoff Stitch Bond) wire-bonding experience.
  • Experience using SAP.
  • Experience with computers using Microsoft Office programs, Word, Excel.


For this role, we anticipate paying $20-30 per hour. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.

In order to comply with U.S. export control laws and regulations, this position requires applicants to either provide proof of U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status or be eligible to receive an export authorization (a license) under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations.
