Description As an Operations Manager, your primary responsibilities will include delivering outstanding Guest Service, setting an exemplary example, surpassing daily selling standards, managing schedules, maintaining inventory control, providing in‑depth product knowledge, and collaborating with a cohesive team to achieve individual and store objectives. Responsibilities Work in a sleevesrolled, hands‑on fashion to help the team thrive and grow Oversee daily operations of the salon, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures. Implement and enforce customer service practices to ensure exceptional client experiences. Manage and develop staff members, providing coaching and support to enhance performance. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth. Maintain strict inventory control to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize loss. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing exceptional customer service. Analyze financial data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Stay informed about industry trends and competition, utilizing this knowledge to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Benefits Employee discounts on retail products and services. Proven track record in sales leadership with a strong sales background. Emphasis on teamwork and the ability to flourish in a dynamic learning environment. Minimum of 23 years of successful sales experience. Minimum of 23 years of managerial or supervisory experience, overseeing recruitment, training, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, terminations, coaching, and support. Dedication to meeting and surpassing performance expectations, including sales targets and store goals. Passion for maintaining store image and ensuring exceptional first‑time impressions. Flexibility and dependability regarding work schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on‑call support. Proficiency in computer skills, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel). Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to new procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strict adherence to Loss Prevention control and compliance procedures. Physical stamina to meet daily responsibilities, including lifting up to 30 pounds. Knowledge of the tanning and spa industry is a plus. Experience Sales: 3 years. Management: 3 years.
