Nurse Practitioner - Psychiatric and Substance Abuse Join to apply for the Nurse Practitioner - Psychiatric and Substance Abuse role at Intercept Health. We are currently seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to perform initial and follow‑up medication management assessments for clients suffering from psychiatric and/or substance use disorders. The Nurse Practitioner will recommend and prescribe psychiatric and detox medications, through telehealth and/or direct face‑to‑face contact in an outpatient setting. The practitioner should be comfortable with the patient population, function independently with minimal supervision by a psychiatric and buprenorphine‑waivered physician. Education and Experience Required: Master's degree from an accredited college or university. Licensed Nurse Practitioner with current DEA certification. 2 years experience in psychiatric and substance use treatment. Benefits: Comprehensive health insurance options. Dental & vision insurance.
