Residents and Fellows are encouraged to apply.We offer child psychiatrists: sign-on bonus, annual cash bonus up to $75,000, monthly stipend for PMHNP collaboration, flexible schedules (full-time and part-time W-2 positions), strong work-life balance, outpatient practice with no nights, no hospital calls, and no weekends, generous above-market compensation with uncapped earnings, multidisciplinary team, full administrative support (scheduling & billing handled), latest digital technology, 100% malpractice insurance coverage, and a full benefits package (medical, vision, dental, life, disability, 401k with match).
