You will help clients make critical changes to improve performance and realize their most important goals.ResponsibilitiesSteer your team from initial client meetings to final closeouts for clients within the food, beverage, life science, home, and personal care marketsEnsure that each project reflects commitment to client satisfaction, budget adherence, timing precision, quality standards, and safety normsLeverage the full potential of the team, fostering growth and professional excellenceEffectively utilize team capacity and focus on team member developmentCollaborate with industry and project delivery experts to translate clients’ capital initiatives into commercialized solutionsPartner with leaders, technical specialists, and subject matter experts to develop design‑build and EPC projectsMake an impact day-to-day with your skills, strengthening client and team relationshipsGuide projects from conception to fruition in alignment with client and organizational objectivesLead risk assessment, contract negotiations, and critical fee and pricing decisionsServe as primary point of contact for market leaders ensuring excellence in project performanceIdentify new opportunities and participate in proposals that define scopes of work and achieve client objectivesManage budget and financial aspects, ensuring fiscal responsibility throughout the project life cycleAssume responsibility for construction and design/build initiatives with responsibilities in estimating and proposal craftingEnsure estimates, design, schedule sequencing, and proposals meet client expectations for budget, aesthetics, scope, and scheduleCommunicate project goals and requirements effectively and lead the team to successCultivate the talents of the team and guide them toward personal and professional milestonesLead by example and foster unity and collaboration within the project teamStep into every role on the project as needed to maintain team effectiveness and moraleOversee construction activities including initial estimates for contractor bidding across industrial facilities, packaging, life science and advanced technology manufacturing facilities, data centers, clean rooms, and related MEP projectsEnsure alignment with company standards, industry norms, and regulatory requirementsImplement and enforce safety programs and monitor job-site safetyWhat You’ll BringA minimum of 15 years in diverse construction roles and 8 years in construction management and leading teamsA proven ability to lead complex industrial construction projects end-to-endExperience in handling construction and A&E design-build projects, with industrial structures experience preferredExcellent leadership and team development skillsTrack record of managing industrial projects valued between $50K and $50MFamiliarity with process systems and proficiency in reading P&IDsExperience implementing safety programs and monitoring job-site safetyProficiency with project management software and BIM tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Timberline, AutoCAD, Revit)Willingness to travel for client meetings, AHJ meetings, internal meetings, and site visitsUnderstanding of prime contract requirements including estimates, schedules, scopes, budgetsContractor qualifier license(s) or willingness to obtain licensure in multiple statesOSHA 10 or 30-hour certificationConstruction project management certification (preferred)Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related technical field (preferred)Our culture emphasizes mutual respect, integrity, and a focus on individual and collective success.
