What You’ll Do: ✔️ Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients. ✔️ Implement and adjust therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence. ✔️ Document services with our easy‑to‑use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations. ✔️ Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. ✔️ SLPs provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows, depending on your experience. What We’re Looking For: ✅ SLP – Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
