What You’ll Do Lead field survey operations across diverse project types including: Boundary & ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys Topographic & Construction Surveys Right‑of‑Way Acquisition Transmission Line & Gas Pipeline Surveys Operate and train others on advanced equipment: RTK GPS, total stations, levels, and data collectors. Perform construction stakeouts and conduct deed research as needed. Ensure accuracy and efficiency through QA/QC of all fieldwork. Collaborate with project managers and office staff to deliver high‑quality results on time. What You Bring 10+ years of experience as a Survey Party Chief. Expertise in land surveying techniques and equipment (GPS, Total Station, ALTA, Mapping). Ability to work independently and lead field crews in a fast‑paced environment. Physical capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
