The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) are looking for Full-Time Plumber, WG-4206-09, to work at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. The primary purpose of this position is to perform the full range of journey level plumbing duties such as installing, repairing, and modifying water supply, sewage disposal, gas distribution, oil lines, and similar utility systems and equipment.

Salary starts at $25.47 HR to $29.79 HR (Based on Experience)
Hiring incentive of up to 25% of annual salary for up to 2 years to eligible applicants

• Knowledge of equipment assembly, installation, operation, and repair, to include routing, placement, slant, slope, and fall of systems, and of technical practices
to plan, lay out, install, modify, troubleshoot, and repair various systems and equipment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, procedures, and practices.
• Skill in installing, modifying, and repairing new and existing utility, supply, and disposal systems and equipment without more than normal supervision.
• Skill in using and maintaining tools and equipment such as rules, levels, plumb bobs, dividers, various gauges and meters, various drain cleaning devices,
hydrostatic pumps, and torches.
• Skill in troubleshooting difficult or hard-to-detect leaks and operating problems.
• Ability to use shop mathematics, take measurements, and lay out angles, arcs, and circles.
