Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeEstablished Home Care Agency in NY seeking a highly skilled and experienced Billing & Finance Manager to oversee critical financial functions within our agency. This role includes managing Accounts Receivable (A/R), Accounts Payable (A/P), payroll processing, and acting as the primary liaison with our outsourced billing company. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of home care operations, particularly with HHAeXchange and Medicaid billing.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and reconcile A/R and A/PCoordinate with outsourced billing partner to ensure accurate and timely billingOversee and process payroll for agency staffGenerate and analyze billing and financial reportsEnsure timely submissions through HHAeXchangeInvestigate and resolve billing discrepanciesMonitor outstanding balances and follow up on collectionsSupport compliance audits and reporting requirementsQualifications2+ years of experience in a home care agency financial or billing roleProficiency in HHAeXchangeStrong understanding of Medicaid billing, A/R, A/P, and payroll practicesAdvanced Excel skills and comfort with financial softwareHighly organized with strong attention to detailSelf-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skillsPreferredExperience with QuickBooks or similar accounting softwareFamiliarity with NY/NJ Medicaid billing regulationsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary: $70,000–$90,000, based on experienceSupportive and collaborative work environmentOpportunity to make an impact in a mission-driven organizationHealth Benefits, PTOSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Finance and SalesIndustries: Hospitals and Health CareReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Summit Home Health Care by 2xSign in to set job alerts for Finance Manager roles. #J-18808-Ljbffr
