Sr Staff Technical Product Manager - LogisticsJoin to apply for the Sr Staff Technical Product Manager - Logistics role at GE AerospaceJob Description SummaryAs the Sr. Staff Technical Product Manager, you will be accountable for collaborating with Logistics stakeholders in Supply Chain for Oracle EBusiness Suite Warehouse Management System (WMS) Product roadmap development and creating a clear strategic direction for development needs and conveys that vision/roadmap to the build and/or operations team. You will lead the team with a clear and descriptive set of requirements and partner with the team to determine what can be delivered through balancing the need for new features, defects, and technical debt. Your priority is seamless integration and alignment of perspectives from a broad set of stakeholders: Product Managers, Technical Anchors, Principals, Product Owners and Developers.In this role, you will:Demonstrate superior product and industry knowledge and helps organization to gain the competitive edge.Interact with customers/stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering, fine tuning, prioritization or product backlog management and obtain product feedback.Work with cross-functional teams to deliver features and major, complex products.Possess a deep understanding of the Oracle WMS technology stack and impact on final product.Demonstrate expert persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer, product manager and engineering teams.Own the release and sprint backlogs short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases.Demonstrate strategic expert level skills in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity.Engage frequently (50% of the time) with the development team; facilitate discussions, provide clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contribute to design activitiesTranslate unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work units.Partner with Development Leadership to ensure healthy development process.Mentor junior team members.Provide technical leadership to TPMs across organization. Expert in AgileMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR associate's degree with minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 10 years of professional experienceMinimum 5 years of professional experience in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) field.Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.Desired CharacteristicsOracle Fusion/WMS Cloud experience is a bonusExperience collaborating across multiple business and IT teams to align priorities and influence deliveryStrong team player, listens, collaborates, and actively incorporates input from various sourcesStrong analytical and strong problem-solving skills; effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions.Understanding of Supply Chain business processesLean practice experience including Kaizens, VSMs, Problem SolvingKnowledge of regulatory requirements such as SOX, CMMC is a bonusGE Aerospace offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
