The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the boutique, lead a team of associates to ensure exceptional customer experiences, and maintain high standards of visual presentation and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing staff, fostering a customer-focused environment, ensuring adherence to policies, and achieving sales goals.
