About Voss Capital:
Voss Capital (“Voss”) is a hedge fund based in Houston, TX. The long investment strategy focuses on identifying undervalued equities through a research-intensive process. A key component of targeting attractive opportunities lies in uncovering Value-Oriented Special Situations, V.O.S.S.
Since the inception of Voss in 2011, we’ve aimed to deliver positive alpha (returns exceeding the market) to our investors, which range from large institutions like research foundations and state retirement systems to individual high net worth investors. The firm managed approximately $1.1 billion in assets as of the end of Q3 2024.
Voss has continued to expand as the firm has grown in assets under management. The team remains relatively small and lean, where each employee has a stake in our overall success. As a result, our environment is collaborative and dynamic. Our current headcount is eight.
Job Summary:
The Investor Relations Associate will be the point of contact for current and prospective investors with the primary objectives of providing great service and facilitating a seamless investment experience, and with an end goal of supporting the retention and raising of capital. The job would be performed in Houston, TX with some flexibility for hybrid work after the first 6 months. We would also consider hiring an individual currently based in New York City. Occasional travel in and out of Texas may be required.

We believe this role is ideally suited to a highly organized and proactive individual who has excellent communication skills and a demonstrated interest in financial markets.
