Job Description BPM Team is looking for a Technical Analyst with experience working on BPM projects. Key Responsibilities: Gather requirements, document the 'To Be process' and work with SMEs on implementation. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Writes detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. Utilizing structured analysis techniques, formulate systems scope and objectives that provide solutions to business problems. Conduct structured analysis according to SDLC standards and prepare analysis documentation, including User Stories, Use Cases, or other requirements documentation. These documents serve as input to the creation of program specifications, test plans, user and system documentation, and training development and are used in all subsequent phases of the project life cycle. Qualifications: Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have experience in Agile/Scrum teams; experience creating user stories is required. Experience with Business Process Improvement, with the ability to remove complexity from processes and experience building Business Cases. Familiarity with tools such as Rally, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
