Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing training and support to our staff.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
  • Provide training and support to our staff on behavior analysis and intervention techniques
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for our clients
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in behavior analysis and intervention
Requirements
  • BCBA certification
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
