HR Generalist A renowned and growing manufacturer. Job Description Manage the full-cycle recruitment process and support talent acquisition efforts. Update and maintain HRIS system records including new hires, terminations, and status changes. Administer employee benefits programs including enrollment, reconciliation, and open enrollment support. Coordinate and deliver employee onboarding to ensure a smooth new hire experience. Serve as first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, leaves, benefits, and compensation questions. Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Annual Performance Review Process Organize and support annual performance review processes. Collect, analyze, and report on key HR metrics such as turnover rates and time-to-hire. Promote positive workplace culture through HR programs, conflict resolution, and team-building activities. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems (experience with UKG, ADP, or similar platforms a plus). Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. What's on Offer Base salary up to $80,000. 1 day of remote flexibility per week. Great benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
