Will need transportation to get to pickup points.Hours for this position are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM and you will need flexible availability to include some weekends and holidaysWhat are we looking for?1-2 years' experience in cleaning required, Housekeeping experience preferredHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)Ability to lift, bend, stoop, push, or pull, and stand for long periods of timeMust be able to speak Basic English to communicate with guests and associatesHas flexibility and ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and HolidaysWhat would my job responsibilities be?Cleans and services assigned guest rooms in timely and through manner per BMC standardReports repairs and unsafe conditionsResponds to housekeeping requests in a timely customer orientated mannerEnsures housekeeping carts are neat and stocked with adequate suppliesValidates adequate utensils, amenities and supplies are stocked in guest rooms Completes any reasonable task requested by inspector Ensures lost and found items are handed in per company policyResponds to and follow through on guest requests, concerns and problemsProvides excellent guest serviceCommunicates with staff and management by utilizing provided radios Performs all other duties as assignedWhy us?Pink Shell is an award-winning 4-5 star Resort located in the beautiful Fort Myers Beach, Florida.
