SUMMARY In this role you will have the opportunity to support other attorneys and Members of a respected and vibrant law firm in delivering outstanding legal services to the Firm's clients. This Firm takes pride in providing everything you need to grow and develop as a young attorney. While this firm has the resources of a large law firm, they do not have that mindset and provide a work/life balance that is missing in many firms today. What You Bring 1+ years experience in medical malpractice defense litigation. A desire to continue to expand your knowledge and understanding of medical malpractice. Manage aspects of complex legal matters with appropriate supervision. Skills in legal research, analysis, legal drafting and communication in a professional manner with judges, court staff, co-workers and clients. A demonstrated ability to maintain and enhance current client relationships and generate new client relationships. Excellent work habits, including organization, time-management, and meeting goals as assigned.
