Job Overview:
As a CNC team member, you'll play a vital role in achieving goals in the CNC Manufacturing Department. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining our CNC router machines, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest quality standards and specifications. The CNC Router Operator will work closely with our production team to ensure timely completion of orders while adhering to safety and quality guidelines and procedures. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and setup the CNC router machine according to specifications
- Operate and monitor the CNC router machine to ensure that all work is completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and troubleshoot the CNC routing machine as necessary
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine job specifications
- Collaborate with the production team to determine project timelines and requirements
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
- Keep a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
- Ability to recognize improvement capabilities
- Possess adequate verbal and written communication skills
- Must have the ability to interact well with others
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Able to safely use standard production equipment (pallet jacks, hand tools, etc.)

Salary Description
$16 - $18 per hour
