Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. As a COTA, you will work closely with Occupational Therapists to help patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing treatment plans and interventions.
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities to improve their functional abilities.
  • Monitor and document patients' progress and report back to the Occupational Therapist.
  • Educate patients on using adaptive equipment and techniques for daily activities.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient records.
  • Adhere to professional, ethical, and legal guidelines in the field.
Qualifications:
  • Valid state license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
  • 1 year of SNF experience
