Digital Marketing Manager – Metabolon, Inc. Overview Metabolon seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our global digital strategy across paid, organic, and AI‑enhanced channels. This role combines creative and analytical expertise with a data‑driven mindset to optimize marketing performance, accelerate lead generation, and increase brand visibility in the life sciences and health technology markets. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands‑on digital operator – fluent in paid media, SEO, marketing automation, and AI‑powered tools for content optimization, personalization, and campaign analytics. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media and search marketing strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and third‑party content networks to maximize ROI and lead generation. Lead the full campaign lifecycle – planning, creative development, implementation, optimization, and reporting. Manage and optimize budgets across international markets, adjusting bids, targeting, and messaging based on performance insights and seasonal trends. Create integrated AI‑enhanced campaigns leveraging predictive analytics and generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to improve targeting, content personalization, and conversion. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Commercial Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations to align digital strategies with business goals and product launches. Ensure all campaigns comply with brand standards, data privacy regulations, and advertising policies across platforms. Develop advanced PPC strategies covering keyword research, audience segmentation, bid management, and creative testing. Continuously monitor performance and apply AI‑driven insights to refine keyword strategies, ad copy, CTAs, and audience targeting. Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments to improve engagement and funnel performance. Design and maintain Looker Studio dashboards to visualize KPIs, ROI, and attribution metrics. Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools to implement event‑based measurement, define audiences, and troubleshoot on‑page performance. Oversee tagging, tracking, and attribution infrastructure (UTM codes, parent campaigns, and dashboards) for precise performance measurement. Lead SEO strategy and technical implementation, including keyword research, link building, structured data, and schema markup for improved discoverability and SERP visibility. Collaborate with content and web‑development teams to ensure on‑page and off‑page optimization supports paid and organic growth. Use AI‑assisted content generation and optimization tools (e.g., SurferSEO, Jasper) to increase reach and engagement. Oversee and optimize the company’s WordPress‑based PPC website, ensuring landing pages are optimized for quality score, load speed, and conversion performance. Partner with developers to implement personalization, site search, and engagement enhancements. Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms (Marketo) and ensure seamless integration with CRM (Salesforce) and analytics tools. Implement AI‑powered lead scoring and nurture workflows to accelerate funnel velocity and improve sales alignment. Integrate paid campaigns with remarketing, email nurturing, and ABM strategies for full‑funnel engagement. Stay ahead of emerging digital marketing, AI, and analytics trends, ensuring Metabolon maintains a competitive edge. Contribute to annual marketing budgets and resource planning. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. 7+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, including 3+ years in paid search and performance marketing. Proven success in life sciences, biotech, or health technology industries, driving measurable growth and product launch success. Expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio. Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), and AI‑powered SEO tools (SurferSEO, Jasper, etc.). Proficiency with marketing automation (Marketo) and CRM integration (Salesforce). Advanced experience with WordPress site optimization for PPC landing pages and performance. Familiarity with AI and automation technologies in marketing – predictive analytics, chatbots, personalization engines, and generative tools. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and collaboration with developers on technical site optimization. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for managing digital creative assets. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Demonstrated success working in fast‑paced, collaborative, innovation‑driven environments.
