Communications Consultant, Global Supply Chain

Communications Consultant, Global Supply Chain eeking an experienced Communications Consultant to help shape and deliver strategic employee communications for a global Product Development and Supply Chain organization. This role plays a critical part in translating complex initiatives into clear, engaging storytelling that informs, aligns, and motivates teams across regions and functions. This is a highly cross‑functional role, partnering closely with Supply Chain leadership, Corporate Communications, and enterprise stakeholders. In addition to supply chain communications, this consultant will provide support for executive communications and high‑visibility moments such as Town Halls and major supplier events. The role reports into the Director of Internal & Executive Communications. What You’ll Do Partner with global stakeholders across Supply Chain, enterprise, and brand teams to develop and execute integrated communications. Lead end-to-end communications planning for Supply Chain initiatives, including internal milestones, town halls, newsletters, and supplier communications. Act as a strategic conduit between Corporate Communications and Supply Chain leadership, ensuring clear timing, consistent messaging, and a high-quality employee experience. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of communications campaigns and materials; recommend and pilot improvements to drive engagement and impact. Support executive communications as needed, including drafting internal messages, preparing talking points, and supporting quarterly town halls and leadership forums. Help execute major events, including a large-scale supplier summit. Ensure all communications align with the company’s narrative, tone, purpose, and values. Who You Are A confident, responsive individual contributor who is comfortable working with executives and collaborating across time zones. 5+ years of directly relevant experience in corporate communications; in‑house experience supporting international business and/or supply chain organizations is strongly preferred. An exceptional writer with experience supporting executive communications, presentations, and reports. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and experienced in complex, cross‑functional environments. Agile and comfortable managing multiple priorities under deadline, with a strong ability to self‑prioritize. Creative and solutions‑oriented, with the ability to move from concept through execution. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), Mailchimp, and experienced in defining KPIs and communicating data‑driven results. Please submit your resume for consideration.
