Logical thinking that breaks problem solving into a discrete, clear flow is critical to providing credible and persuasive recommendations to our clients.To succeed in Strategy, you demonstrate a strong work ethic, exceptional analytical skills, and a knack for converting insights into creative, actionable recommendations. An ability to communicate effectively and efficiently in both written and oral form and build trusted internal and external relationships are also key. Backgrounds in agency and consulting organizations are desired.This position is suited to a strategist with a minimum of 8‑12 years’ experience working in a similar agency environment. The VP, Strategy Director will be responsible for overseeing all strategic work streams and driving the strategic vision for the brand.The right candidate will understand that content is fuel for the patient journey and through data uncover the insights that develops the content patients need to help move through their journey making educated, wellness‑focused decisions. They also understand that consumer experiences aren’t linear and take an omni‑channel approach when partnering with media agencies to distribute content across the platforms.ResponsibilitiesDevelop strong client relationships, from day‑to‑day clients to senior leadership, as a key strategic and business partner.Lead the strategic direction with internal and external teams in relation to our clients’ brand development and marketing approach.Craft strategic recommendations based on detailed knowledge of client objectives, challenges, threats, opportunities, and competition.Bring experience from other brands and therapeutic areas to illuminate or support new strategies and solutions.Develop a nuanced understanding of our clients’ customers’ wants, needs, and behaviors across the full customer journey.QualificationsDigital marketing‑savvy problem‑solver with an unstoppable drive to inspire teams and bring the best work to life, based on expertise with omni‑channel orchestration (including media, CRM, site and mobile, etc.).Successful track record within the Pharma marketing space.Skilled problem solver, communicator, and investigative skills, applying media tools such as Comscore, MRI, Google Analytics for critical communications planning.Creative provocateur and persuasive storyteller who is endlessly curious and questioning with a keen ability to shift perspective and illuminate powerful insights and creative potential through data and narrative collaboration.True collaborator with experience on large‑scale projects across multiple digital properties.Friendly manager with a proven history of leading all aspects of teams, with exceptional communication, organizational and time‑management skills, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to change.Additional InformationPublicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together and we believe that our differences make us stronger.
