Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $175,000, plus participation in the Stock Option Program Fully flexible workforce allowing remote work, office work, or a combination of both Comprehensive health plan covering 100% of employee health, vision, and dental costs Flexible Paid Time Off Policy and 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave Opportunity to make an immediate impact on the company and millions of users Supportive company culture that values employee contributions and celebrates successes What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Design and implement Niche’s revenue enablement strategy, including training programs and tools to enhance sales productivity Build and lead a high-performing enablement team focused on continuous learning and operational excellence Collaborate cross-functionally to manage field readiness for new product launches and support sales processes Create and deliver training materials and workshops on selling methodologies and product offerings Manage a Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver scalable, data-driven enablement programs What is Required (Qualifications) 10+ years of relevant experience in sales, training, and/or operations 5+ years of people management experience Strong technical inclination with the ability to simplify complex processes for a non-technical audience Proven success in building and scaling enablement programs from inception through maturity Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technology into clear narratives How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience with sales engagement, revenue intelligence, and enablement platforms such as LinkedIn Navigator, Gong, and Seismic Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory Familiarity with best-in-class sales methodologies such as Challenger and MEDDPICC #J-18808-Ljbffr
